The entry requirements for this programme are a bachelor degree, minimum four years of management experience and affiliation with a company. The typical participant has 15 years of business experience and 8 years of management experience. The average age is 39. There are 20 % women and 15 % international students.

This 18-month program unites experienced executives and faculty from around the world, to build together a global view of business, develop a strategic mindset and gain an understanding of the newest management tools required by a leader in today’s fast-moving business world.

Our newly triple accredited and redesigned Cohort Executive MBA is a fast-paced, dynamic program designed to provide participants with a global view of business. In today’s fast-changing environment, we seek to give our participants the edge in the business world, through a program that promotes creativity, entrepreneurship and ideas from around the globe.

Our learning methodology allows us to bring together experienced executives from diverse backgrounds, industries and cultures in the spirit of learning, open-mindedness and debate.

The program is designed with you in mind and divided into three semesters forming a progressive teaching process, where emphasis is placed on three perspectives: a managerial, an analytical and a transformational perspective.

This redesigned progression with a more clearly thematic structure of courses and modules will not only support your skills, but also ensure a professional development that will help you carry on your competencies. The structure of the courses is furthermore developed in order to produce a comprehensive learning process in two dimensions: bridging between the themes, leading up to the Integrated Semester Project and giving disciplinary progression from core management knowledge, skills and competences over analytical and complex capabilities and reflections to transformational and developmental capacity to think and act over and beyond the present conditions.

Tuition Fees & Additional Expenses
The tuition fee for the Executive MBA program is DKK 400,000 due in three instalments.

The fee is subject to changes both in prices and in the planning of the program. Only additional expenses are cost of books and flight tickets for the study tour.
