The Executive MBA in Change Management and Leadership is a specialized E*MBA programme aimed at highly experienced managers wishing to deepen their qualifications within the field of change management and leadership in a global setting.
The Executive MBA Programme is provided in cooperation with the University of Southern Denmark and has existed for more than ten years.
Competencies
The programme aims at developing the participants’ professional skills, personal qualities, management competences and global mindset in bringing about, managing and implementing change. The programme enables participants to recognize, define and follow change processes from a strategic to an operational level, and to manage, motivate and implement change in companies and organizations.
MBA Faculty and Tuition
The Executive MBA programme is research-based. All tuition is done by highly skilled professors and faculty members and based on the latest, relevant research. 40% of the faculty members involved in the programme are international.
The programme builds on traditional lectures, theory modules, interactive workshops, case studies, group-work and two international study trips. A personal development module is built into the programme.
The programme is organized as a fixed, two-year part time programme and entitles participants to obtain the MBA degree. However, participants wishing only to complete the first semester will get a “Certificate in Change Management” (Executive MBA, Part 1).
Stanford University/Silicon Valley and Asia
An Executive MBA programme focusing on change in a global perspective is bound to explore real life change challenges in different parts of the world. Therefore, the programme contains two international study trips. The programme kicks off with a visit to Silicon Valley in California including a module at Stanford University with whom we have a collaboration regarding the first semester. During this module the cohort will meet top professors from Stanford, each of them experts within the field of strategic leadership.
In the third semester a second study trip takes place – this time to destinations in Asia. This trip focuses on aspects of implementing change visiting top universities in the region and local business on the edge of innovation and change.
Target group of the Executive MBA
The programme targets experienced managers from Danish and international companies or organizations operating in an international market context. The companies represented in the programme originate from all sectors. Price
Tuition fee € 30,100. Further expensesfor study tours, accommodation, coursematerials etc. amounting to approximately € 10,700 must be expected. Prices may besubject to change.
