The CBA (Certificate in Business Administration) at AVT Business School, often referred to as a “mini-MBA,” is an accelerated executive certificate program that covers the key topics and management disciplines of the MBA curriculum.

The CBA, a stepping stone to the MBA program

The CBA is the first of the two modules that comprise the AVT educational concept and serves as a stepping-stone to the MBA program. You can take the CBA in 7 months and then continue to the Executive MBA. You can choose to proceed directly or after a break of up to 3 years. The CBA is an independent education corresponding to the first third of the MBA.

CBA curriculum: Strategy, Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Operations Management and Human Resources

It focuses on the key topics and management disciplines of the MBA curriculum. The curriculum encompasses: Strategy, Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Operations Management and Human Resources. The program provides a modern, practical approach to the real business issues within your own organization – using proven business models and expert insights.

Designed for motivated business managers who wish to take their leadership skills to the next level, the CBA helps participants strengthen their theoretical knowledge and apply theory profitably to their current business challenges.

The CBA program lasts six months and starts twice a year – in August and January

You can complete the MBA right after you graduate from the CBA program; pause up to three years between the CBA and MBA programs; or decide to stop after the CBA graduation.
