Assessment of leadership talents
Based on the latest knowledge on the development of talents, we have designed a talent assessment program which gives a thorough clarification of whether there is management talent and how far the talent goes. The program concludes with a targeted development plan which aims to get the talent to blossom in full bloom, so that the company derives the maximum benefit from the capabilities and potentials of the talent. The program is based on the Leadership Pipeline thinking and clarification of which level of management the talent can fill.
The program begins with completion of a talent template together with the company, and it will be clarified which qualifications will be needed for a talent to help achieve the company's future strategy.
The assessment itself takes place as a 1 ½ day course which includes selected personality tests and a series of exercises.
The result of the assessment is a thorough report in which the strengths and challenges of the talent are described, and a concrete development plan will be made aiming to unfold the management talent of the participant in relation to the drafted talent template.
Form
Initially, there will be a 3-party meeting to clarify the company's demands for the future talents in order to carry out assessment of the talent and how the talent fits in throughout the course. The employee completes a series of tests over the Internet and individual feedback is provided combined with a personal interview.
The employee will participate in an assessment center over 1 ½ days in which the talent along with other talents will carry out various exercises, be challenged and coached by experienced business psychologists. Eventually, a thorough report and development plan will be prepared.

Talent Assessment is a program for talented and high-performing staff or team leaders, who the company seeks to clarify in relation to how far their managerial talent goes and what it takes to unfold the management talent fully.
